Job Description

Control and supervise the operation of all existing machinery & equipment systems within the project to be able to operate efficiently and according to the planned roadmap.Prepare an operational schedule of mechanical & electrical systems to operate and also to ensure the inspection of various machinery & equipment systems are operated in fully functional and efficiency.Control and supervise the operation of technicians to ensure that the work of the technicians is carried out as planned and work with engineering team from Head Office to improve the efficiency of equipment systems and operations.Coordinate repairs & service maintenances in related to service providers/contractor accordingly.Prepare system or preventive maintenance program, schedule plans and check list for all equipment & machinery of the project, in accordance with the standards of machinery and equipment, to be presented to the supervisor.Check to ensure that the maintenance plan is carried out or as specified by the operational manual and conclude monthly system defect and repair work report.Control disbursement with monitoring spare parts equipment, make a list of spare parts equipment and request approval to purchase enough any additional equipment for use.Maintain and control the efficiency usage of all utilities with generating an energy saving plan according to the measures of the government authorities or the employer.Formulate a plan and take action in the field of energy conservation, including controlling energy consumption in order to meet certain criteria requirement.In case of finding that there is a risk of damage or initial damage or defects to the system and machinery & equipment performs a cause analysis to propose solutions and solutions to inform the supervisor right away.Coordinate and manage the operation of subcontractors or system maintenance contractors. Maintenance Contracts that carry out various building and general system work of the project.Handle a service request for repair & maintenance notices from tenants and be ready to take quick corrective action or coordinate the employer to take corrective action as soon as possible in case if there are unable to do so themselves.To monitor the delivery of all services to ensure they meet the agreed delivery levels for the client.

Requirements

  • Male
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or in related fields
  • At least 3-year experiences in engineering fields
  • Technical insight with a practical and systematic hands-on approach
  • Proven ability to maintain for all building equipment, facilities and make repairs as appropriate
  • Experience in managing, leading, and supervising a team of maintenance technician
  • Strong analytical thinking, technical skills and leadership skills
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and produce accurate and detail work with quick turnaround
  • Patient and service-minded
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office / AutoCAD would be advantage
  • Good command of English is advantage
