Job Description

We are delighted to be recruiting for a new Building Safety Planner to work from our London office on a permanent basis. We’re looking for a highly organised, customer‑focused person to support our Building Safety Managers and ensure our buildings remain safe, compliant, and well‑managed. Your main purpose will be to support Abri Group in delivering its duties as defined by the Building Safety Act 2022 and The Fire Safety (Residential Evacuation Plans) (England) Regulations 2025 to support residents who would have difficulties evacuating in the event of a fire. The main purpose of the role is to work with the building safety managers business to schedule building safety inspections and visits, booking appointments, keeping customers updated, and provide an excellent service — especially where legal implications may arise. Part of this role is to carry out Residential Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (RPEEPS) with residents in their homes across Abri, with a focus within London.
