Building Safety Officer

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Building Safety Officer. In this role, you will help ensure our multi-occupied residential buildings remain safe for residents to occupy, with a particular focus on supporting vulnerable customers through the implementation and maintenance of Residential Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (RPEEPs). You will act as a key point of contact across the organisation, working closely with residents, contractors, colleagues, and external agencies to deliver high standards of building and fire safety compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving resident safety and supporting compliance across a diverse housing portfolio.
