Job Description:

This is your opportunity to lead from the front as a Building Regulations Principal Designer – shaping Manchester's most exciting developments under the new Building Safety Act. You'll oversee compliance from Gateway 1 through to Gateway 3, ensuring designs meet and exceed regulatory expectations. You'll advise clients, coordinate with the Building Safety Regulator, and be at the centre of Manchester's most technically challenging developments.

Job Responsibility:

Lead Building Regulations compliance under the Building Safety Act
Liaise with regulators, clients, and design teams
Manage design risk documentation and submissions
Support internal strategy as this division continues to grow
Oversee compliance from Gateway 1 through to Gateway 3

Requirements:

In-depth understanding of Building Regulations and Building Safety Act
NEBOSH Construction or equivalent
Strong experience delivering CDM and design safety duties
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
