Job Description:

Building Regulations Consultant needed for a leading UK consultancy in Newcastle. The role involves advising on building compliance projects and supporting architectural and design teams. Training is provided, and the role includes high responsibility and project exposure.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the delivery of Building Regulations and BSA advisory across a range of high rise schemes
  • work closely with the Architecture and Principal Design teams
  • receive full training in Gateway 2 advisory and submissions
  • help guide projects from early stages through to compliance and delivery

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of the Gateway process
  • no experience required with Gateway 2 submissions or advisory
