Job Description:

An Architectural practice based in London are now seeking an Building Regulation Principal Designer to work on large-scale Commercial, Retail and Hospitality projects. You will work from their studio twice a week.

Job Responsibility:

Ensuring Building Regulation compliance and guiding clients through the Gateway process, across large-scale commercial, retail and hospitality projects

Requirements:

At least 7 years within an Architectural, Design or Building Control role
ARB, MCIAT, RIBA, MCABE or MCIOB membership

Nice to have:

Registered Principal Designer with the RIBA, CIAT or APS
