Job Description:

A Construction Consultancy with a social office environment, are now seeking a Building Regulation Principal Designer to ensure design compliance, whilst working with both internal Architects and external clients. They also have a demonstratable track record of staff development, and they will be providing CPD in order to bolster your knowledge of Building Regulations, as you offer Principal Designer Advisory services to Architects.

Job Responsibility:

Ensuring Building Regulation compliance
Guiding clients through the Gateway processes
Offering Principal Designer Advisory services to Architects

Requirements:

At least 4 years within an Architectural, Design or Building Control role
Experience in managing Building Regulation compliance
Experience of undertaking the Principal Design role for Building Regulation compliance
ARB, MCIAT, RIBA, MCABE or MCIOB membership
