Job Description:

A Construction Consultancy is seeking a Building Regulation Principal Designer to be involved in variety of projects within their retail and public sector frameworks. You will receive the support of a Building Control Surveyor as you lead on internal and external enquiries. This will suit someone looking for career progression as they grow the team underneath you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring Building Regulation compliance and guiding clients through the Gateway process
  • Lead on internal (Architects in-house) and external enquiries

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years within an Architectural, Design or Building Control role
  • ARB, MCIAT, RIBA, MCABE or MCIOB membership
  • Proficient at ensuring Building Regulation compliance within designs
