Job Description:

A respected multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy are seeking to grow their Building Regulation Principal Design (BR PD) department. Following the Building Safety Act (2022) the Building Regulation Principal Designer (BR PD) role involves Design Coordination and tracking Design Compliance whilst you manage the Gateway applications.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design Coordination and tracking Design Compliance
  • Manage the Gateway applications
  • Liaise with other experienced Architects and Building Regulation experts

Requirements:

  • Confident in your knowledge of the Building Regulations and Gateway Process
  • Minimum of 5 years of Project experience post ARB /ACIAT certification
  • Member of a professional organisation: RIBA / MCIAT (preferred)
  • Experience working as a BR Principal Designer (preferred)

Nice to have:

  • Member of a professional organisation: RIBA / MCIAT
  • Experience working as a BR Principal Designer
