Job Description:

A dynamic Construction Design Compliance consultancy are seeking a Building Regulation Principal Designer with an Architectural background. The role involves Design Coordination in relation to the Building Regulations following the Building Safety Act (2022).

Job Responsibility:

Design Coordination in relation to the Building Regulations
Liaise with team to utilise Design Compliance trackers
Provide design advice relevant to Building Regulations

Requirements:

Confident in your Building Regulation knowledge
Minimum of 3 years of Project experience post ARB/ACIAT certification
Member of a professional organisation: RIBA/ARB/MCIAT (preferred)
Experience working as a BR Principal Designer (preferred)

Nice to have:

Member of a professional organisation: RIBA/ARB/MCIAT
Experience working as a BR Principal Designer
