Job Description:

An established Architectural practice are seeking a Building Regulation Principal Design (BR PD). You would join an established team as you look to ensure Building Regulation compliance on a variety of HRB and Non-HRB projects up to £100 million in value. Their well-established processes and systems set them apart from much of the industry, providing you with an excellent opportunity to advance your career.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure Building Regulation compliance on a variety of HRB and Non-HRB projects up to £100 million in value
Design Coordination in relation to the Building Regulations
Liaise with your team to utilise Design Compliance trackers and provide design advice relevant to this

Requirements:

Confident on your Building Regulation & Gateway knowledge
Minimum of 4 years of Project experience post ARB /ACIAT certification
Member of a professional organisation: RIBA / ARB / MCIAT (preferred)
Experience working as a BR Principal Designer (preferred)
RIBA / CIAT Principal Designer HRB or Non-HRB status (preferred)

Nice to have:
