Job Description:

A respected multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy are seeking a Principal Designer with an Architectural background to manage and track design compliance across their extensive project portfolio following the Building Safety Act (2022).

Job Responsibility:

Manage and track design compliance across project portfolio
Design Coordination in relation to Building Regulations
Liaise with team to utilise Design Compliance trackers
Provide design advice relevant to Building Regulations

Requirements:

Confident in Building Regulation/Control knowledge
Minimum of 4 years of Project experience post ARB/RIBA/ACIAT certification
Member of a professional organisation: RIBA/MCIAT (preferred)
Experience working as a BR Principal Designer (preferred)
