Job Description

Building Receptionist role for a Property & Facilities Management company. You'll be the go-to person for tenants, visitors, and contractors, helping to keep everything running smoothly while building a vibrant, connected community.

Job Responsibility

  • Welcoming and supporting tenants, visitors, and contractors
  • Managing calls, emails, and helpdesk requests
  • Coordinating site inductions, meetings, and contractor visits
  • Supporting tenant engagement and community events
  • Liaising with contractors to ensure tenant and business centre issues are resolved
  • Conducting daily walkthroughs to ensure safety and cleanliness
  • Assisting with health & safety compliance and audits
  • Providing admin support across multiple properties

Requirements

  • Experience in front-of-house, customer service, or facilities roles
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Confident communication-friendly, professional, and discreet
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset
  • IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRM systems)
  • Familiarity with H&S legislation (IOSH Managing Safely) and social media platforms
