Job Description:

Residential Building Manager -Luxury Residential Estate | Central London. You will oversee two flagship buildings: A luxury build to sell development with commercial elements and a newer open plan New York style building with a contemporary design and a growing resident community. Both sit within one of the most impressive new districts in London. The role is operational, people focused and best suited to someone who has come from hospitality or has a natural service mindset.

Job Responsibility:

Daily oversight of presentation, maintenance and resident services
Working closely with front of house and technical teams
Managing a busy operational environment with strong service expectations
Taking ownership of admin processes with plans to hire an Assistant Building Manager
Five days a week on site across both buildings
Light touch involvement with commercial occupiers such as a restaurant and nursery

Requirements:

Hospitality background or naturally service led
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident working with technical teams
Agile and solutions focused mindset
NEBOSH not essential but some fire safety exposure helps
