Job Responsibility

  • Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests with professionalism and efficiency
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and resort equipment
  • Maintain and monitor the cleanliness, chemical balance, and operation of resort pools and hot tubs
  • Participate in emergency response and regular safety compliance training procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance or engineering, preferably in a hospitality or resort environment
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
  • Must be available to work weekends
