Strong knowledge of building codes, Zoning Ordinances, inspectional practices, and related regulations equivalent to completion of an Associate's degree, and five to ten years of related experience
ICC Certification as a Building Inspector
NH licensed Master Plumber or Master Electrical
Considerable knowledge of all types of building construction, materials, methods, and practices, including all phases of construction, with the ability to evaluate and address potential violations and defects that may be easily corrected

Possession of a valid Class C California driver license
