Job Description:

The Building Engineer will manage repairs, maintenance, and preventive tasks within the hotel facilities, ensuring safety, functionality, and guest satisfaction while adhering to company standards.

Job Responsibility:

Respond and attend to guest repair requests
communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues
perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment
maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies
basic repair on plumbing, electrical components, TV programming
use Lockout/Tagout system
repair landscaping and sprinklers
perform surface preparation and painting tasks
ensure safety and security policies are followed

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent
Driver’s License
some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting
experience in hotel engineering or maintenance a plus

Nice to have:

experience in hotel engineering or maintenance
