Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Assess plans and specifications for Building Regulations compliance
Conduct site inspections and issue detailed reports
Advise clients and design teams on technical and regulatory requirements
Work collaboratively with fire safety and design professionals
Manage projects independently with full autonomy and support
Handle all aspects of Building Regulations compliance from plan assessments to client liaison

Requirements:

Building Control or Building Surveying background
Experience assessing plans and carrying out site inspections
Full or part membership of RICS, CABE, CIOB, or equivalent
Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and associated standards
Professional, detail-focused, and passionate about ensuring quality and compliance
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage a varied workload across multiple projects
