Job Description:

A market-leading Building Safety Consultancy are seeking a Building Control Surveyor to support their Building Regulation Principal Design service. They have an established team of Building Control Surveyors and Chartered Architects, with varying experience and strengths, which allows for a cohesive team. You will receive great flexibility & work-life balance.

Job Responsibility:

Providing Building Safety Act (2022) and Building Regulation advise to clients
Aid with the Building Regulation Principal Design service
Liaise with team to utilise Design Compliance trackers
Ensure smooth transition towards Gateway 2 Applications

Requirements:

Class 3 G/H (Required)
Member of a professional organisation: MCABE / RIBA / MCIAT / MICE (Required)
Sound knowledge of Building Control/Regulations and Gateway applications (required)
