5+ years in construction project management (specifically in the buildings industry, commercial real estate or HVAC), automation, robotics, mechatronics, or related fields
Advanced understanding and knowledge of building controls systems
Sales technical support experience—familiarity with assisting partners and clients in project planning, engineering, and execution

Job Responsibility

Oversee building controls integration and coordination: Work alongside peer construction managers, managing on-site project execution and ensuring alignment with design specifications
Manage sales application support and engineering: Work closely with end-users, VARs, MSIs, and installation contractors to support project take-off and engineering processes
Act as a key feedback loop: Collaborate with external partners and our internal team to relay crucial insights to PassiveLogic’s leadership that improve product performance and deployment strategies
Ensure seamless project execution: Manage job timelines, coordinate site activities, and proactively address challenges to maintain project efficiency
