A Construction Consultancy seeking a Building Control Surveyor to lead their Building Regulation Consultancy, offering extremely good career progression while working closely with internal and external teams on compliance and safety.

Job Responsibility

  • Providing Building Safety Act (2022) and Building Regulation advice to clients and internal colleagues
  • Supporting the in-house Building Regulation Principal Designers and ensuring smooth transition towards Gateway 2 Applications
  • Working closely with a large team of Fire Engineers

Requirements

  • Class 2F minimum
  • Experience working on HRBs
  • Member of a professional organisation: MCABE / RIBA / MCIAT / MICE
  • Sound knowledge of Building Control/Regulations and Gateway applications
