Job Description:

A fast-growing Construction Compliance consultancy are seeking a Building Safety Consultant to aid their clients with Building Regulation and BSA Advisory. Following the Building Safety Act (2022) the Building Regulation Principal Designer role involves Design Coordination in relation to the Building Regulations and liaising with the team to utilise Design Compliance trackers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Aid clients with Building Regulation and BSA Advisory
  • Maintain RBI status
  • Liaise with team to utilise Design Compliance trackers
  • Provide design advice relevant to Building Regulations

Requirements:

  • Class 2A RBI as a minimum
  • Experience of working on HRB projects
  • Full Chartered Membership of CABE – MCABE (preferred)
  • Experience working as a Building Regulation Consultant / Building Regulation Principal Designer (preferred)
