Seeking a Lobby Ambassador to join our Experience Services team in Research Triangle Park. As the first point of contact for clients and guests, you will create exceptional workplace experiences that leave lasting impressions. Job Responsibility
Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and assist with arrivals, departures, and office orientations
Engage visitors, employees, and callers in a manner that makes them feel warmly welcomed and assist them in a helpful and timely manner
Maintain visible engagement throughout the workplace
conduct strategic site walks during periods of reduced front desk coverage to assist customers and guests
Effectively pair services to guests' needs and serve as a resident expert on local cuisine, hotels, attractions, and upcoming events
Build connections and networks throughout the hospitality industry
Connect with clients, customers, and support teams to proactively anticipate needs, identify issues, and deliver creative solutions
Maintain familiarity with all facility services and work with internal teams to facilitate a hospitality-focused approach across all touchpoints
Demonstrate confidence, professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service skills at all times
Assist with meeting support, reception duties, personal support, and mail services where applicable
Act as a central point of contact, providing information and wayfinding for the campus, services, and activities.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of previous customer service or hospitality-related experience
Proven ability to create experiences that go beyond expectations-you're a true people person
Flexibility and a positive attitude in managing shifting daily priorities
Excellent communicator with the ability to interact professionally through spoken and written word
fluency in English required
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills while ensuring consistent, elevated guest experiences and accuracy
Working knowledge of a range of information technology tools and platforms.
Nice to have
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
Background in hospitality and customer service with a welcoming, friendly demeanor
Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to evolving workplace technologies.
