Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
2 - 6 years of experience in a techno-functional or business analyst role with a focus on process automation
Knowledge of finance processes is an added advantage
Strong knowledge of process mapping and business analysis methodologies
Hands-on experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell, VBA, RPA platforms)
Hands on experience in building Power BI Reporting Dashboards with various input sources
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with databases (SQL) and data manipulation is a plus

Job Responsibility

Work closely with Management and assigned functions/teams/stakeholders to execute automation opportunities accurately and in a timely manner
Work on projects diligently as assigned by Management from time to time
Document business and technical requirements clearly and concisely
Develop, test, and implement automation solutions using Excel VBA, Sharepoint, SQl, MS Power Platforms and other custom scripts
Act as a liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and constraints
Perform root cause analysis and optimize processes before automating
Develop process maps, SOPs, and user guides for automated solutions
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support
Monitor and maintain automation scripts, ensuring performance and uptime
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
