Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Building and Infrastructure Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the building, construction, and infrastructure sectors. This role combines strategic business development with hands-on account management, leveraging deep industry knowledge and proven sales expertise.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in building and infrastructure markets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, architects, and project managers
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and technical documentation for prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals within defined parameters
  • Conduct regular client reviews and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Stay current with Saudi building codes, infrastructure standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Identify emerging opportunities in project management, project supervision, design review, technical assurance, QA/QC framework, HSE supervision, Environmental services and consultancy, asset conditions assessment, Testing and commissioning etc.
  • Provide market insights to inform company strategy
  • Coordinate with technical teams (engineers, inspectors, certifiers) to deliver solutions
  • Support proposal development with accurate technical and commercial information
  • Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to team development
  • Participating in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of sales experience in building, construction, infrastructure, or related industries
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
  • Experience with B2B sales, preferably in technical/professional services
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Deep understanding of building codes, construction standards, and infrastructure regulations
  • Knowledge of testing, inspection, and certification services (ISO, ASTM, IEC standards preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, or similar)
  • Results-oriented with strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Relationship-builder with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solver with analytical mindset
  • Professional demeanor and ethical standards

  • Experience with large infrastructure projects (highways, bridges, buildings, utilities)
