Job Description:

Oversee the planning, design, construction, compliance, and operations of facilities and infrastructure projects to ensure they meet organizational goals, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to defining the entity’s annual objectives and ensure proper cascading across the organization
  • Support the development of projects in collaboration with Business Development teams
  • Ensure the quality and successful execution of missions and projects
  • Ensure negotiated budgets meet financial targets and performance expectations
  • Ensure compliance with QSHE and risk management standards within the entity
  • Lead and manage the team, including performance evaluation, motivation, and execution of HR processes (recruitment, rewards, talent management, etc.)
  • Ensure implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and corporate guidelines
  • Contribute to BV internal communication and engagement with staff
  • Support knowledge-sharing and best practice exchange through Knowledge Management processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an approved equivalent
  • 10–15 years of relevant professional experience
  • Proficiency in the local language of the country
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Strong understanding of contractual terms and risk assessment
  • Strong job-specific experience in building, infrastructure, and technical operations
  • Fully conversant with key civil engineering standards
  • Proven operational management experience
  • Solid budget and P&L management experience

Nice to have:

  • Master’s degree is preferred, especially with management focus
  • Experience in the TIC sector is a strong advantage
