The Build to Rent Delivery team focuses on key account management, sales funnel oversight and ultimately project managing across teams to drive impact and results for their clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Client Management & Onboarding: Act as the primary point of contact for our BtR clients. Provide expert advice and recommendations on industry best practices, market trends, and asset optimisation strategies
  • Insightful Reporting & Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports that offer deep insights into the performance of client portfolios. Analyse data, providing actionable recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making
  • Sales Funnel Optimisation: Take ownership of the sales funnel for each client account, continuously refining and optimising processes to drive efficiency and increase conversion rates. Work closely with the internal team to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted strategies for growth
  • Training and Development: Train junior sales teams on new sites and key processes for high performance delivery
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies for each client's development site, leveraging digital channels, advertising platforms, and other tactics to drive awareness and demand. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve optimal results
  • Project Management: Project manage all accounts, ensuring all aspects are covered from onboarding to offboarding. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to coordinate efforts and overcome challenges
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the Customer Success Manager, Leasing Manager and senior leadership team to build clear processes for clients, as well as solution focused responses
  • Meeting Management: Attend weekly meetings with clients to talk them through key account updates, including solutions and forward looking plans
  • Culture and Values Carrier: Be a culture and values leader in the business. Work together with the management team to set standards and expectations internally and externally

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 3+ years experience in Real Estate (Sales, Lettings, Commercial or BTR)
  • Have a strong ability to assess the market value for the estimated rental values for each client asset
  • Strategic account management skills and strong business acumen
