Job Responsibility:
Ensure daily operational plans are fulfilled
Ensure team carries out relevant tasks and objectives
Ensure team is in the right place at the right time to manage fluctuating guest demand
Keep operational standards and guest experience high
Support and coach the team to deliver a great experience
Drive key targets such as add on sales or promotions
Spend majority of time within the venue and with guests
Requirements:
Experience as a leader from within an F&B environment
Experience in training and coaching a team
Previous experience leading within a busy restaurant, bar, or retail environment
Confidence to direct and respond in any situation whilst delivering consistent brand standards
Ability to lead, motivate, and engage a team during periods of high demand
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements
