Job Description

We are seeking a Budget & General Ledger Analyst to join our ARC department in Pune. This role is a key contributor to the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function, supporting Vodafone Group Operating Companies through the Global Shared Services Centre. The individual will collaborate closely with FinOps, Business, and Treasury teams to deliver insights on cost management, pricing trends, and revenue reporting. The role is ideal for someone with strong analytical capabilities and a background in financial tracking, budgeting, and forecasting.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with Vodafone Group FP&A and collaborate with FinOps, Business, and Treasury teams
  • Support pricing, project financial tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A activities
  • Provide insights into cost management, pricing trends, utilisation tracking, and revenue reporting
  • Monitor actual spend versus budget and assist in variance analysis
  • Maintain project budgets and perform cost tracking
  • Contribute to divisional FP&A transformation goals to optimise and simplify tasks

Requirements

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent (CA/inter) or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Prior experience in FP&A and financial/commercial reporting
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Open-minded and solution-oriented with clear communication skills

Nice to have

Experience in data centre delivery is a plus
