What you’ll do We are seeking a BU Pricing Manager to lead monthly and ad hoc pricing for North America’s specialty portfolio, including digital services, feed additives, and premix, while ensuring accurate ERP pricing execution and supporting strong margin and commercial outcomes. Lead Specialty Pricing Execution Manage all recurring monthly pricing updates for specialty products across all OpCos. Execute ad hoc pricing changes driven by supplier updates, market shifts, product launches, or strategic commercial requests. Ensure pricing is accurate, timely, aligned with BU and global guidelines, and applied consistently across OpCos. Complete pricing calculations, validations, and documentation to support audit readiness. Drive Commercial Alignment & Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with OpCo commercial teams to understand market conditions, customer needs, and commercial priorities. Present pricing recommendations and clearly communicate the rationale behind pricing decisions. Collaborate with BU Commercial, Technical, Marketing, and Global Portfolio teams on pricing guidance, margin management, and product positioning. Support ERP Pricing Execution Enter, update, and validate specialty pricing in the ERP system. Ensure pricing rules are applied correctly and deployed accurately across OpCos. Provide support to OpCo pricing teams on specialty price execution questions. While this role does not own ERP configuration, it requires a strong understanding of pricing logic to execute effectively and identify inconsistencies. Provide Pricing Analysis & Margin Insights Analyze pricing performance and margin trends across specialty categories. Prepare pricing impact assessments for commercial stakeholders and identify risks or opportunities related to cost changes, competitiveness, and customer behavior. Maintain an understanding of cost structures to help protect margin targets, without directly owning cost data. Drive Continuous Improvement Recommend enhancements to pricing processes, timelines, templates, workflows, and communication standards. Identify opportunities to streamline specialty pricing execution across all OpCos. Support the development of pricing dashboards and monitoring tools, where applicable. Who we’re looking for 10+ years of experience in pricing, commercial excellence, or a commercial-facing analytical role. Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Agriculture, Economics, or related field. Strong understanding of pricing processes and ERP-based pricing execution. Proven experience managing recurring monthly pricing cycles and rapid ad‑hoc updates. Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with commercial teams. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret cost drivers, margin impacts, and pricing outcomes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. You’ll also need Experience in animal nutrition, feed, agriculture, or specialty ingredients. Familiarity with specialty product pricing, including premix, additives, and digital services. Experience working in a matrix environment with multiple OpCos and global oversight.
