W Sydney is now casting for a B&F Team Leader to focus on customer service and maintenance of our Beverage & Food Outlets. Collaborating closely with the venue management, this integral role will focus on creating unique and vibrant experiences for our guest.
Job Responsibility:
Create an exceptional guest experience by warmly greeting and welcoming guests, escorting them to their seats, and ensuring their comfort
Manage guest requests and inquiries with professionalism
Support the smooth operation of Beverage & Food services
Activate BTWN’s signature programming to deliver vibrant and memorable experiences
Offer curated B&F services with attention to detail
Continuously engage with guests and team members to foster a dynamic, collaborative, and energetic atmosphere
Requirements:
Lead and inspire the team as a role model
Oversee daily restaurant operations
Engage with guests proactively
Mentor and coach team members
Monitor stock levels
Maintain impeccable cleanliness
Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and enforce safe work practices
Work closely with the wider Beverage & Food team
Identify and report maintenance concerns promptly
