Requirements:
Proven experience in Build to Rent, residential lettings, or property operations
Strong knowledge of lettings legislation, compliance, and operational risk management
Demonstrated success in lease-up delivery, revenue performance, and data-driven decision-making
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle complex situations professionally
Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and drive consistent portfolio performance.
