Job Responsibility

  • Assist in planning and executing BTL campaigns such as promotions, activations, roadshows, and events
  • Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and vendors for production and logistics
  • Support in preparing campaign briefs, timelines, and execution plans
  • Monitor field activities and ensure campaigns are implemented as planned
  • Handle permits, venue bookings, and on-ground logistics when required
  • Track campaign performance and assist in preparing post-campaign reports
  • Manage inventory of marketing materials (POSM, giveaways, branding assets)
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all activations
  • Assist in budget tracking and invoice processing
  • Maintain documentation and records of all BTL activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or promotions (fresh graduates can apply)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed
