Job Description

BSA Analyst – Orange, CT Our client, a financial services organization, is seeking a BSA Analyst to support regulatory compliance and monitoring activities within a growing risk and compliance team. This role focuses on reviewing alerts, supporting investigations, and maintaining documentation to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.

Job Responsibility

  • Review and analyze alerts generated by monitoring systems for unusual or potentially suspicious activity
  • Support investigations related to customer activity and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of required regulatory reports
  • Perform customer due diligence and periodic reviews for higher-risk accounts
  • Support sanctions screening reviews and escalate potential issues as appropriate
  • Maintain clear and organized documentation to support audits and examinations
  • Identify trends or anomalies and communicate findings to senior team members

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in banking risk, compliance, or monitoring
  • Experience with BSA/AML and sanctions-related regulations preferred
  • CAMS, CIA, CRMA, or similar certifications preferred
