Job Responsibility:
Take full responsibility for the successful operational management of the Bali Brunch
ensure smooth service processes and impeccable quality of Bali Brunch platters
actively work in day-to-day operations, both in the kitchen and in service
onboard and train new team members
organize trainings, team meetings, and power briefings
create true WOW experiences for guests
handle administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, creating manuals, guidelines, and checklists
responsible for menu updates and menu design
continuously develop and refine the Bali Brunch concept
Requirements:
Extensive experience as a Chef de Rang
ideally already worked as a Breakfast Supervisor or bring solid experience from the kitchen
confident in organizing service operations and creating efficient duty rosters
enjoy taking responsibility and work independently
a hands-on doer
confident enough to admit when something didn't go as planned
