We are currently seeking a Weekend Brunch Prep Cook / Line Cook to support our high-volume brunch service.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare brunch-specific menu items including eggs, breakfast proteins, batters, produce, and mise en place according to restaurant standards
Execute dishes during service with speed, accuracy, and consistency
Operate kitchen equipment including grills, flat tops, ovens, and fryers
Safely and effectively use knives and kitchen tools
Maintain proper portioning and par levels for brunch service
Ensure all food meets quality, presentation, and safety standards
Accurately read and utilize thermometers
Communicate any delays, shortages, or issues to the Line Chef and Management
Maintain station cleanliness and organization throughout service
Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock proactively
Follow all food allergy procedures and accommodate special requests
Comply with all safety and sanitation standards
Work collaboratively with the culinary and service teams to ensure smooth execution
