Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Has of experience in participating in a series of required tasks (requirement hearing and analysis, basic design, detailed design)

Job Responsibility

Communication between customer and offshore
Perform requirement hearing and analysis, solution proposal

Job Responsibility

Perform the full development cycle: Basic Design (BD)
Detailed Design (DD)
Development & Testing
Work closely with Japanese clients to analyze and clarify requirements

Coordinate with BrSE/PM and the Vietnam development team to ensure project quality and schedule
