Job Description

You will participate in projects developing administrative systems for Japanese government agencies, as well as enterprise software projects. Long-term project, ensuring stability and opportunities for career growth. Team size: approximately 100 members, including Vietnamese and Japanese engineers, in a professional international collaboration environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform the full development cycle: Basic Design (BD)
  • Detailed Design (DD)
  • Development & Testing
  • Work closely with Japanese clients to analyze and clarify requirements
  • Review design documents and propose technical solutions and performance improvements
  • Coordinate with BrSE/PM and the Vietnam development team to ensure project quality and schedule
  • Communicate with clients about source code and system modules (project structure, logic flows, validation, error handling, etc.)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Java, including at least 1 year with Spring Boot
  • Experience in system design: BD (Basic Design) & DD (Detailed Design)
  • Strong ability to read and understand source code
  • solid logical thinking and understanding of system architecture & data flow
  • Japanese communication skills equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher (N3+ with strong communication will be considered)
  • Proficiency in technical tools: Git, Git Flow, VS Code/IntelliJ
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to Japanese clients and the dev team

Nice to have

  • Experience developing systems for Japanese government or administrative agencies, especially in the design phase
  • Additional knowledge in AWS, J2EE, large-scale systems, or Japanese technical document writing
