Previous experience as an Insurance Technician at a Lloyds Broker
Familiarity with IMR or other London market systems, or a willingness to learn
Awareness of FCA regulations and standards (training provided)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication
Competent with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)
Enthusiastic and eager to learn with a proactive approach
Team player, adaptable, and willing to work across different classes of business

Job Responsibility

Maintain internal record systems and databases, ensuring regulatory requirements are met
Process and enter data for new risks, including creation of accounting documentation
Processing MRC Slips
Create and issue Evidence of Coverage documents
Process and submit LPANs (London Premium Advice Notes) to Xchanging following market-standard practices
Generate payment bordereaux from the Broking System in line with Xchanging guidelines
Carry out sanctions checks using the company's sanctions platform
Provide trusted support to senior account handlers, brokers, and clients on all post-placement activities
Continuously monitor and review client service delivery to achieve optimal satisfaction
