Job Description

Broker Marketing Lead at Admiral Business, responsible for owning the strategy and delivery of broker marketing, driving growth and commercial results, and challenging traditional approaches in the broker market.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and evolve the broker marketing strategy, ensuring it directly supports commercial growth targets
  • Define where and how marketing can create competitive advantage in broker distribution
  • Identify complex growth opportunities and solve for them, even where there is no clear precedent
  • Be accountable for the contribution of broker marketing to pipeline, premium, and policy growth
  • Align marketing activity tightly to Distribution goals and broker performance
  • Continuously optimise activity based on performance data and commercial outcomes
  • Translate strategy into clear, prioritised plans and deliver them end-to-end
  • Take full ownership of output quality, speed, and impact
  • Balance long-term capability build with immediate commercial delivery
  • Challenge traditional broker marketing approaches and introduce new ways of working
  • Test and scale new ideas, channels, and engagement models
  • Push the business to think differently about how we win through brokers
  • Act as a senior, credible voice across Growth and Distribution
  • Influence decision-making at senior levels, often without direct authority
  • Align multiple stakeholders around a clear direction, even where views differ
  • Establish standards, processes, and best practices for broker marketing

Requirements

  • Significant experience in B2B / broker / channel marketing, with clear evidence of driving commercial outcomes
  • Deep understanding of broker distribution and how to influence it effectively
  • Ability to operate as a senior specialist with autonomy and ownership
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into execution at pace
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a focus on measurable impact
  • Strong problem‑solving capability, particularly in ambiguous or complex environments
