About the Role: We are seeking a Broker Distribution Executive to join our growing distribution team. Reporting to the Head of Distribution, you will take ownership of existing broker relationships while also on-boarding new partners. This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working (minimum three days per week in the office).

Job Responsibility

  • Manage inbound lead flow effectively
  • Engage with brokers, agents, and partners to onboard them
  • Support brokers in getting started with our products and achieving long-term success
  • Provide ongoing quote, policy, and technical support
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop targeted outreach strategies
  • Maintain consistent engagement across multiple channels (phone, email, social, etc.)
  • Track and report activity using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Attend industry events and identify new opportunities
  • Represent the business at conferences, networking events, and industry functions
  • Work cross-functionally to enhance broker and customer experience

Requirements
