Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare slips, bordereaux, presentations, and technical summaries for Liability Insurance and Financial Lines placements
  • Update standard templates (LMA, Aon, market wording database)
  • Organize and classify historical documentation: policies, endorsements, quotes, retrocessions
  • Upload and maintain documents on internal platforms
  • Gather information from clients/ceders and structure it into clear documents for reinsurers
  • Prepare ratings and financial data
  • Assist in comparing quotes (matrices of conditions, options, limits, deductibles)
  • Review the essential points of risk presentations
  • Extract key information: industry, operations, claims history, financial strength
  • Track the status of documents between ceding companies, Aon, and reinsurers
  • Basic claims analysis
  • Prepare weekly/monthly activity reports for the team

Requirements:

  • Advanced student or graduate in law or business administration
  • Intermediate/advanced English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel)
