Job Description

We are seeking a senior Live Production leader to oversee and elevate our editorial and broadcast delivery in Saudi Arabia. As a Project Manager you will be the face of our production operations in the Kingdom – a trusted partner to rights holders, federations, broadcasters and government stakeholders. You will ensure that every production delivered locally meets the highest standards of editorial integrity, storytelling, and technical execution. This role blends editorial oversight, live broadcast expertise, stakeholder leadership, and market representation.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the editorial direction and output quality of all live productions in KSA
  • Apply strong understanding of the Saudi sports landscape and cultural context to shape storytelling and coverage priorities
  • Ensure live coverage reflects both global broadcast standards and local relevance
  • Oversee run-of-show development, content planning, and editorial workflows
  • Work closely with producers, commentators, technical and creative teams to elevate narrative quality and viewer engagement
  • Continuously assess and improve on-air presentation, graphics integration, commentary standards, and overall production value
  • Lead local production crews, freelancers, and technical vendors
  • Ensure production readiness: staffing, technical planning, compliance, and risk management
  • Drive operational reliability – delivering on time, on budget, and to international broadcast standards
  • Support long-term production capability development in KSA

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience overseeing live broadcast delivery from planning through execution
  • Experience guiding the editorial direction and quality of live sports productions, with a good understanding of the Saudi sports landscape
  • Strong understanding of live production workflows (OB, remote production, studio, commentary, graphics, post)
  • Experience representing production teams externally with senior stakeholders
  • Fluent Arabic and English (required)
  • Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
