We are seeking an experienced and visionary Broadcast Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of our broadcast strategy for China and international markets. This role drives high-impact broadcast and digital content initiatives, builds strategic media partnerships, oversees production, and elevates Hong Kong Disneyland (HKDL) as a must‑see destination for guests worldwide.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and lead the broadcast marketing strategy for China and international markets
Identify and secure high-impact broadcast, social, and digital opportunities to showcase HKDL experiences
Build and maintain strong partnerships with broadcasters, media networks, and key industry stakeholders
Lead ideation, planning, and execution of broadcast programs from concept through production and approval
Oversee content development, brand alignment, messaging, and creative integration in all broadcast assets
Negotiate advantageous media and broadcast deals to maximize exposure and marketing value
Manage production needs including b‑roll filming, event coverage, and sizzle video creation
Lead and develop the broadcast marketing team, including full‑time staff and freelance pool
Oversee project budgets, timelines, and production resources to ensure smooth execution
Communicate broadcast strategy, performance, and results across internal teams and leadership
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in TV Broadcasting, Media, Communications, or related discipline
Minimum 12 years of solid experience in regional or mainland China broadcast/media industry
Demonstrated expertise in TV program development, production, syndication, and media evaluation
Strong understanding of China and Asia broadcast landscapes and audience trends
Proven experience contributing to large-scale productions (TV, film, digital, or social mega‑projects)
Experience working with multinational or global brands
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing mutually beneficial media partnerships
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities
Creative, strategic, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Strong leadership skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage diverse teams
High level of professionalism, initiative, and results orientation
