Job Description:

Are you an experienced Painter looking for ongoing work across a mix of projects? We have an opportunity within the Brisbane City Council, Trade Services team. As part of the team, you will be working on projects throughout various sites around Brisbane. Working with Trade Services as a Painter duties will include services and maintenance of council assets. This role will require you to provide a high level of customer service whilst delivering advice and working to achieve council standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Services and maintenance of council assets
  • Painting of council assets including public spaces, historical buildings, sports complexes, community facilities, council property
  • Graffiti cover up duties
  • Provide accurate and timely technical advice
  • Assessing complex and difficult situations for customers relating to painting programs and maintenance

Requirements:

  • Cert III Painting and Decorating
  • Working Safely at Heights ticket
  • Work safety in the Construction Industry (White Card)
  • EWP Ticket (Desirable)
  • C Class drivers licence
