An AmLaw 100 Firm is seeking a talented Litigator to join their team in Chicago to focus on class-action brief writing. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of experience in an AmLaw firm or highly-regarded litigation boutique with either strong Class Action or Labor and Employment experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to leave the courtroom behind and is looking for a writing-focused position. This role will prepare substantive briefs and motions as part of a national L&E practice. Some details about this role: Hybrid in-office 4 days a week; Compensation expected to be between $300-375k + bonus; 1950 billable target, which can include 100 pro bono hours.
