As a Bridging Case Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the progression of bridging finance applications from initial submission through to completion. You will act as a key point of contact for brokers, solicitors, valuers and borrowers, ensuring cases are managed efficiently and professionally.
Job Responsibility
Manage a pipeline of bridging loan applications from submission through to completion
Liaise with brokers, solicitors, valuers and borrowers to progress cases
Obtain and review supporting documentation
Support the underwriting team throughout the assessment process
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
Proactively manage case timelines and outstanding requirements
Deliver a high standard of customer service to all stakeholders
Assist in ensuring lending cases are progressed efficiently and compliantly
Requirements
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
High level of attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
Previous experience within financial services, mortgages, property finance, banking or lending
Experience within bridging finance is beneficial but not essential
Ambitious, driven and keen to build a long-term career within specialist lending
