Job Description

As a Bridging Case Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the progression of bridging finance applications from initial submission through to completion. You will act as a key point of contact for brokers, solicitors, valuers and borrowers, ensuring cases are managed efficiently and professionally.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage a pipeline of bridging loan applications from submission through to completion
  • Liaise with brokers, solicitors, valuers and borrowers to progress cases
  • Obtain and review supporting documentation
  • Support the underwriting team throughout the assessment process
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
  • Proactively manage case timelines and outstanding requirements
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service to all stakeholders
  • Assist in ensuring lending cases are progressed efficiently and compliantly

Requirements

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience within financial services, mortgages, property finance, banking or lending
  • Experience within bridging finance is beneficial but not essential
  • Ambitious, driven and keen to build a long-term career within specialist lending
