Job Description:

This is an opportunity to work on maintenance and construction projects for Brisbane City Council. You will assist with the maintenance and building of bridges and associated structures around Brisbane. You will be someone who adheres to strict WHS practices.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct inspections of concrete structures
Perform concrete repair tasks including grinding and jack hammering
Sandblasting surfaces to prepare for repair
Applying guniting techniques
Executing screeding and boxing
Measuring, cutting and shaping wood or metal
Working in an encapsulated environment

Requirements:

Drivers license
Working at height ticket
Work Safely in the Construction Industry (White Card)
Formwork Concreting experience (Highly Advantageous)
Dogman ticket (Highly Advantageous)

Nice to have:

Formwork Concreting experience
Dogman ticket
