Job Responsibility

Manage and develop a team of individual contributors with moderate complexity and risk, overseeing enterprise hardware delivery operations from intake through fulfillment
Collaborate with engineers, technology partners, procurement, and finance teams to design and implement efficient hardware request and delivery processes, addressing escalated issues and ensuring timely fulfillment of hardware needs
Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers associated with the Hardware Delivery function to drive alignment, secure support for key initiatives, and enhance service delivery
Identify and recommend process improvements and enhanced risk controls for hardware request workflows, implementing automation and tool enhancements (e.g., in the HDR system) along with metrics and reporting to drive continuous improvement and transparency
Manage hardware request intake, delegate tasks, and ensure the HDR team operates cohesively, maintaining high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and quality in hardware procurement and deployment
Define strategy and direct actions for the HDR team to meet moderate- to high-risk deliverables, aligning technology execution with business priorities and compliance requirements
