Deliver a luxury, appointment-driven client experience, particularly within Bridal and Couture
Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving repeat business and long-term loyalty
Proactively manage client outreach and follow-up, including appointments, fittings, and after-sales service
Achieve individual and store sales targets, with a strong focus on high-value transactions and maximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicators
Act as a specialist in Bridal and Couture collections, with deep product knowledge
Represent the Vivienne Westwood Brand to the highest standards in all daily activities
Coordinate and manage bridal appointments, fittings, and alterations, ensuring a seamless client journey
Liaise closely with internal Bridal/Couture teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
Be able to respond to queries regarding price, location, features, benefits and use of Vivienne Westwood merchandise with an emphasis but not confined to Bridal & Couture
Maintain detailed and accurate client records and order tracking
Handle POS transactions, including returns, exchanges, and overrides, in line with company policy
Maintain high standards of bridal showroom presentation and visual merchandising
Ensure compliance with cash handling, inventory control, and loss prevention procedures
Ensure all customers’ orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time, maintaining accurate records of all customer requirements and following company procedures
Act as a point of escalation for client queries in the absence of management
Attend and participate in all store meetings and training events as required
Ensure good communication and professionalism is maintained at all times
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and professional store environment
Capture and maintain client data in CRM systems to support relationship building
Drive client retention and outreach initiatives, including events and private appointments
Follow company policies and procedures at all times
Assist in monthly and annual stock audit
Complete any other tasks outlined by the store management

Requirements:
Previous experience in luxury retail, ideally with exposure to Bridal, Couture, or made-to-order environments
Strong clientele and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with POS and CRM systems
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and peak retail periods
